Hi, I’m Jill.

I've been working in real estate since 2006, and in that time, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about getting the deal done—it’s about doing it right. I’m a strong negotiator, always focused on getting the best possible outcome for my clients, but I believe it can (and should!) be done without pressure or stress. My easygoing, down-to-earth nature helps me connect with all kinds of personalities, and I genuinely enjoy making the process feel fun and approachable.

I stay ready and accessible to jump on opportunities the moment they arise—because timing can make all the difference. I’m always exploring creative ways to turn my clients’ visions into reality, and nothing motivates me more than helping someone find “the one.” That’s the heart of what I do: deliver high-quality, personalized service that makes you feel supported, understood, and excited every step of the way.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me hanging out with my amazing family—my husband James and our twins, Lei and Koa. I’m also a big fan of good wine with friends, weekend escapes to Central Oregon (my happy place!), and blasting '90s rap like nobody’s watching.
